Director’s contract with Frank Deinzer extended
Continuity despite the change in generations underway at the German construction software developer
Oberschleißheim, August xx, 2018 — The construction software developer SOFiSTiK has extended its contract with Sales and Marketing Director and qualified engineer Frank Deinzer by an additional three years according to plan until 31 December 2021. In this way, the Supervisory Board as well as founders Thomas Fink and Casimir Katz are establishing continuity in the midst of the change in generations at SOFiSTiK, which began some years ago.
Frank Deinzer joined SOFiSTiK and its predecessor Fink++ in 1999. He started out in the Development department and was in charge of GUI development from 2005. He has been a member of the Board since 2010 – initially with responsibility for product development. In January 2015 he took over the areas of Sales and Marketing.
“In Frank Deinzer we have an engineer through and through who has created and continues to create a great deal of important momentum for SOFiSTiK with curiosity and a desire for improvement,” explains Dr Johannes Harl, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOFiSTiK AG. “We are delighted that he will continue his work in the Board and are convinced that the handover of control from Thomas Fink and Casimir Katz to Frank Deinzer and his Board colleague Stefan Maly will continue to run smoothly, in a forwardlooking manner and for the benefit of customers.”
